Our Space

Our businesses currently have access to three different locations all located in downtown Grand Rapids. Whether you are walking or riding your bike, each location is situated in close proximity.

GR Current

Participants will be intermixing with existing Grand Rapids startups. You will be sharing space with companies building med devices, software, hardware and advanced manufacturing businesses. Your day-to-day activities and events will be hosted at GR Current.

The Geek Group - Maker Space

Participants will have full access to state-of-the-art R&D and prototyping laboratories within the Geek Group’s Leonard Street Labs.  Resources available include a Machine Shop with enterprise level CNC machines and CAD/CAM software, Rapid Prototyping lab with 3D printers and a Printed Circuit Board prototyping machine, an electronics lab with over 40,000 components, a laser lab, a high voltage lab, and a robotics lab. Participants will also have access to a worldwide network of design and manufacturing experts. 

Cook-DeVos Center for Health Sciences

Participants will have access to state of the art medical research facilities and wet lab space at Grand Valley's Center for Health Sciences.  Get exposure to the latest research and development in pharma and genetic diagnostics.  

L. William Seidman Center

Participants will have full access to collaborative workspace, meeting rooms, lounges and conferences hosted through the L. William Seidman Center.  Utilize the facilities as needed, come and go as you please.  Located in the heart of downtown, it's a great place to engage excellent student talent.
